We have identified and fixed some issues in the chat system. Mainly the issues where messages do not appear when the Social overlay isn't loaded initially, messages while your deployed should be retained and displayed properly upon returning to the frontend, and also chat history not being retrieved correctly. As these fixes are still in the process of internal testing I cannot give you a release date, but I'm hoping they should make it in for the next patch.

This is kinda important, since it was "there" in UI 2.0 (in the sense that it was a feature added) but still incomplete.

It's kinda disappointing that we are into month 3 of the UI 2.0 deployment and that is still unresolved.

I do appreciate the updates, but having not any info on their status previously didn't settle well with me.

Yes.. not matter what I think we would like rather know what is being worked on.. wish there was a list with everything.. no dates... just to know..
